Welcome! I'm a dedicated personal trainer passionate about helping individuals feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies at every stage of life. I specialize in working with women of all ages—including those navigating the unique challenges of menopause. This mission is especially personal to me. My mother, a hardworking Physician Assistant, struggled through the effects of menopause while trying to maintain her health and energy. Supporting her through that journey gave me a deeper understanding of just how impactful fitness, strength training, and emotional support can be during that phase of life—and it's a big part of why I care so deeply about helping other women do the same.
As a retired gymnast, I also want to help men and women who are current athletes, recovering from injuries, or transitioning into life after sports.
My goal is to create a supportive, empowering space where everyone feels comfortable and encouraged in their fitness journey. Whether you're rebuilding strength, enhancing performance, or simply looking to move better and feel better, I’ll meet you where you are and help you reach your goals with confidence.
